Well frankly my photos of the ghost crabs turned out to be well below par, the one specimen that I managed to catch before it burrowed into the sand turned out, on inspection, to have three legs missing on one side, perhaps that's why it was moving a bit slower, so I nicked these two pictures off the web. I'd give credit to whoever took them but I couldn't find that out.
The ghost crabs were far too fast for me in the wild, and I didn't want to trap one for photographic purposes since I don't think it would feel the same way about it.
